We have experienced an incredible number of requests for new accounts in the past couple of weeks. This is a great indicator that early adopters are finding the personalization engine a real success.
Due to higher traffic than expected we had to take the system down for 30 minutes on September 12 at 10:30 PM for much needed hardware updates. We added more machines to the back end, implemented a new scaling architecture and increased the bandwidth with our hosting provider. These improvements will allow us to provide with a faster service and lots of new beta accounts.
